Provided relief for my baby Loki. Great employees and awesome service.
They are currently remodeling so not sheltering any animals. The staff was extremely friendly.
Jenna was so sweet with the animals. My 4 puppies went to her with no problem and they weren't afraid. She took time to explain the vaccines and answer our questions. I made another appointment for boosters. I'll also be going back to spay and neuter my babies. I'm glad they are available on the Navajo Nation.
I took a stray kitten in for a check up, and I asked them to vaccinate her. The appt was scheduled for noon. When I arrived, the vet had stepped out and wouldn’t be back until 1. $260 later, I received 5 mL of medicine when I was charged for 15 mL. They did 2 x rays, which I’ve asked for copies of. It’s been a week and I still don’t have them. They did not vaccinate her. I’m supposed to have a follow up appointment today, which I will not be going to, nor have they requested a confirmation.
