First, I had a contractor who took an insurance payment and did nothing for 3 months, called Rez Construction and he started working the same day even without payment. I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work. They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling.
