This will be the last year I deal with this group. I actually dont mind any of the actual mechanics but I won’t put myself through another conversation with Tanya at the front desk. I have never met someone so rude to customers before. I read through other reviews and see this is a common theme with her. If any management over there is reading this, I dont say this often, but for the sake of your business fire that woman. She is the sole reason I will no longer be coming back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
The guys were so nice, I was an idiot and left my lug nut key at home and they were nice enough to let me leave and come back and still did my tires that day despite it making me an hour late past my appointment time.
Got recommended this place as my tire lights came on along my route to Ottawa, Jim and Tanya and all the staff really we’re absolutely amazing Tanya ensured the tire was completely safe before we got the road again exceptional attention to detail I couldn’t thank them enough!! Thank you so much guys.
I called this service company inquiring about getting a wheel hub replaced and when I spoke to the lady that answered the phone she was very rude. I was met with a rudeness and zero customer service skills by this employee. She told me that they don’t have time to do it and that they only do tires. I understand that their technicians might not be trained on doing this kind of work but I’m sorry her customer service was disgusting.
