This company fell flat on its face when the previous owners walked out the door. Went from a family owned company to a big wig nobody cares company. At one point it was actually impossible to even reach a human. Phone just rang and rang or said someone was on the other line. I cancelled and changed companies over a year ago. Unfortunately I see I am NOT alone in Rez Bear's negligence, I too had been put in a serious dangerous position due to Rez Bear NOT refilling my tanks during single digit and below degrees temperatures. FINALLY when they did come out after NOT showing up for 3 weeks in a row, they charged me a $260.00 emergency fee which I have zero intention of paying. Repeatedly fails to do automatic delivery. Does not return phone calls or emails. Regional manager has not called even though they were supposed to within 24 hours. Left me with no gas for almost 72 hours in a storm and now 24 hours with no response to my calls.
Found new reliable company.
DO NOT USE, they will not show up when ordered, when called, when scheduled and then wont even apologize or provide an explanation. My elderly parents were calling for over a week and capacity was down to 3% during single digit weather and they still never showed. Terrible, terrible company, i assume they give kickbacks to contractors to install on new builds, otherwise no one would knowingly contract them.
