Got on the water 30 minutes late, at the end of the time, we waited an hour at the dock for someone to come. One of my friends had to drive back to the starting location and literally pound on the door of some camper until someone answered, obviously had been sleeping. Not only had we been waiting but so had an entire group of people that were next to go out. Needless to say, a lot of pretty unhappy people. Made a reservation online, tried calling for a week to get somebody to answer phone to confirm reservation. After talking to somebody finally was told yes we had the pontoon with tubing. Get a text night before reservation saying boat is already rented to somebody else. Poor business and rude employees and I have 6 disappointed kids!!!!
Very nice pontoon. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rates are very reasonable. We will definitely be using their boat services again.

Hands down this is the best place in the state of IOWA to enjoy the Waves.. The jet Ski was the best experience to joy ride freely on the water. the staff and owners are amazing and we are planning to attend every weekend this month.
Simply the best way to enjoy a day on the water! Great people to work with, and the best spot on the lake. Don't buy a boat, rent it and save your $$!
