DONT USE THIS GARAGE... we had our car home 6 weeks and the transmission just blew up AFTER Rey fixed it. No warrenty or refund offered. We are out several thousands and now need to get our car repaired AGAIN! Terrible service!!!!
We live in the valley and noticed a gauge was running high while driving through the area. Rey quickly assessed the issue. It was snowing that didn't immediate attention so we were on our way. Rey didn't charge us anything for the diagnosis. We really appreciated his time and hospitality!
Rey is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were traveling from out of town and needed help. He diagnosed and corrected the problem and gave great advice to prevent future issues. Absolutely did not take advantage of us in our need.
My 2008 Dodge Caliber blew out the water pump and pulley and the fan belt was torn to shreds. We were traveling on the I-17 going to PHX and parked off Hwy 169 to Prescott Valley. Thank goodness for Rey (owner) and his mobile mechanic "Steffen". We got stuck at 4:30 pm and back on the road by 12:56 am. Despite the amount of time it took to repair our car in the late night hours. We felt safe and secure esp since my husband is disabled.
