I was at a point in my life. I was so depressed and I did not know what to do. I happen to see the advertisement on Facebook. This has helped me a lot with my feelings and thoughts. I as well can say it helps with pain with my fibromyalgia I’ve noticed a big difference on that. We are still working through the anxiety, but that is the biggest challenge of all, but definitely getting better. Give it time to work in your system . Be patient and meditate to the music
