Reynolds installed a reverse osmosis water filter in my basement in January of 2024. I think we paid something like $3000 for it. In May of the same year (four months later), I come home one evening, and hear something like a firehose in my basement...I thought I had Niagara Falls in my basement. I go downstairs to check, and find half my basement underwater, and the "gushing sound" is coming from the piping on top of my wonderful new Reverse Osmosis unit...it's spraying out just like a firehose. You don’t realize how good you have it until your softener stops working... Reynolds sent their tech Branden Goff who was beyond professional!! Water works great, explained everything to me and left my house cleaner then when he got there!! I highly recommend Reynolds water for your needs !!

I highly recommend Reynolds Water Conditioning. Jamie, the owner, personally came out to review our needs. What he said we needed was a third of the cost of the other companies. Matt was the technician that installed the equipment and his work is a piece of art. Beautiful job! It's been a month and we have had no problems and the best water ever. We had our first-ever softener and Reverse Osmosis installed in 2014. I was particularly happy with the installation, cleanup, tutorials and then the EXCELLENT follow-ups and EXCELLENT Customer Service. We had three estimates before deciding upon the supplier, but it soon was obvious the Reynolds was the best. The Customer Service was the most important in my view. Thank you for being there for us!
April Woltman is a Great person to work with. I moved out to South Lyon in 2016 and knew nothing about a Well Water System and what to do with it. April came out to my Home after I got off work.
