Working with Reynolds was an incredibly pleasant experience! The team was very kind and consistently asked if I was happy with the placement of large equipment that was being installed in UW Madison’s Glasslab. They moved expensive, fragile equipment with grace and ease. I am very satisfied with the work this team performed. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for large equipment moving services.
I WOULD give a 10 if possible! Roberto and Jalen our movers were amazing to work with.. professionally, kind and took care of every detail to make the move smooth and seamless. From the first phone call with Nils to confirmation from the drives that they were 10 min out was nothing short of impeccable customer service.
We utilized Reynolds Transfer to help with the repair of mission critical power generation equipment. This is not the first time and will certainly not be the last time we need their services. The professionals they send to help are nothing short of amazing, incredible problem solving skills and diligent work. Could not recommend them enough!
Absolutely wonderful customer service from start to finish of my move! Nils and Lisa were very helpful in set-up and coordination, great communication overall. Corey & Eman did a great job with the move itself, again great communication and willing to help me with all of my asks. I am very happy with how smoothly the move went! Additionally, the blue bins make moving so much easier than dealing with boxes. Thank you to the whole team!
They were fine. I wouldn't hire them again. It was very underwhelming. The sales person was great, the mover kids were nice, but definitely knew they were getting paid by the hour not by the job. I was given a quote for moving a lot of large items in my house (28 items, couches, bicycles etc. $2169), I ended up moving as much on my own as I could hoping to reduce my cost and it was still more than I was expecting (they moved half of the stuff that was originally quoted, and I was invoiced $2,088).
