I picked up my first Subaru this week! The 2026 Crosstrek hybrid is almost as wonderful as the people at Reynolds. Everyone was accommodating, listened to my needs, and sold me a perfect fit. One small improvement is that I wish I had been upsold the auto dim mirror, but isn't that the buyer's responsibility, too? Not a problem because the service department can install it and who wouldn't want to hang out on the decks at Reynolds while you wait? What a view! Thank you Ben and the Reynolds crew; I love this car.
Easiest Purchase Ever! We worked with Chris Rooke on a new car - he gave us plenty of options to choose from, let us test drive whatever we wanted, didn't try to upsell or add on any unneeded extras. Responded quickly and gave us a great deal. If I ever need to buy another car, I'll definitely be back.

I have always heard very good things about Reynolds Subaru, so when a friend told me a used car I was looking for was on their lot it gave me the opportunity to see first hand that everything I heard was true. I walked in and was greeted by Bobbi. Straight forward, knowledgeable and friendly. 30 minutes later we bought the car. No pressure, no hassle. They did all the work and in 2 days we drove the car home. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Bobbi and everyone else we interacted with. Great job.
