Not very good with updates on status of car, was told it’d be done in two days but it took them 9 due to parts not coming in which I understand but when you tell me it’ll be done in two days I expect it to be done or have an update why it’s not done? BUT I came to pick up finally—— my car was parked off on the grass and COVERED in thousands of dead gnats cemented to the roof and hood of my car. When I got home I had to get on top of my car to scrub them off- would not come off from the car wash. Won’t go back for that reason... read more
Bobbi was pleasant and addressed my questions and concerns. I am somone who likes to mull things over and she respected that. She covered the list of offerings associated with a typical car sale but I never felt pressured. I also like Reynolds' as a dealership for the low-key rural vibe. The courtesy ride from home to Reynolds' to pick up my new car was a nice feature of the experience. Excellent overall experience.
