I bought a pre-owned 2020 Subaru Forester Touring September of 2024. It was fine until December, and then I had a issue with the power steering rack that service wasn't able to find when they told me they checked the suspension system and rack. (How I found out it was the rack that was broken, was i took it to service at Primer in Branford, CT and they found the fault.) Would absolutely recommend going to Reynolds' for all of your Subaru needs! Fantastic group of people there from sales to repairs. Got my last 2 Subarus there and will be returning when it's time for another.
Welcoming, no pressure atmosphere. I first visited them while traveling in the area and needed a headlight bulb replaced. They fit me in for service even though I had never been a customer. I was so impressed with the friendliness and overall environment of the dealership that returned to them to purchase my new Crosstrek even though I live an hour and half away.
