Thought I would have gotten better than what I got Had brakes put on January 2025. Came back few days later because they were squealing. They sprayed some spray on them to stop it, worked for a while. Returned to Reynolds February because of the squealing again, they kept my vehicle all morning until they were about to close. Now it’s March and I still have squealing in my brakes. Thought they were have the good brakes installed of the cheap ones that squeal. Guess if you do get brakes put on by them, just buy your own. I will never give this dealership any more of my business They had me bring my truck in for work 2 whole days before they even started the work knowing I needed a loaner car which was complimentary for the first few days then they want to charge me for the extra days when the first 2 days were not my fault and also they had a 4 day delay getting the carpet which was not my fault either
Once again - Reynolds KILLED IT! We love the new truck and we enjoyed seeing everyone! Tommy and everyone included made the process so easy! Reynolds is the only dealership we buy our vehicles from! Thank you all so much!! -Pete & Ally
