Very unorganized and not very informative. The saving grace is your mechanics and service techs do great work. You need to streamline the process. Example: I was scheduled an appointment before I got a quote. I did receive a quote the next day by voicemail. It was not an accurate or complete estimate. Also I wanted complete transmission service done. This was addition the service bulletin for flushing transmission oil. I get that it is additional work. I was talked out of it. At Reynold's Chevy/GMC/Subaru all of the staff, from the owner to sales, to service techs, are very friendly and helpful. They have reasonable prices, provide a great value, and are always ready to answer any question. The dealership even welcomes well behaved pets in while to wait for service to be completed. My dog, Freya, loves going with me when have maintenance done. Having coffee, sodas, and snacks just makes it better.

Exceptional experience, They found us the Truck we were looking for and the process overall was seamless. Jacque was our salesperson and she went above and beyond our expectations.
