I used both online service to request a test drive and communicated with staff via email and text. Sales staff responded and arranged an appointment with a salesperson. Courtney Powell provided a test drive in the model we wanted. Arrange to have the color we wanted brought in. Pleasantly surprised at how easy Reynolds Subaru made a trade in and purchase possible. From sales and finance to vehicle delivery it was worth the drive to Reynolds Subaru.
We worked with Kaden, Lynne, and Brad. Kaden helped us by showing cars, preparing information for finance, and helping us sign up for the medical worker discount. Lynne helped us in finance, AMAZINGLY so. After going to a different dealer, who said we had been approved for a loan, we found out we were actually not - and both were through Subaru. Just the usual. Polite, efficient, told me what the problems were. Ordered parts and installed all but one which has yet to arrive.
