I have been using Reynolds for years to service my vehicles. They usually always are quick and show my vehicles extreme care. This last oil change was different. It took all afternoon, which to be fair, could've (probably was) a computer update recall. But the real reason I'm disappointed is that my car has a white interior. They did not use any protective supplies, IE seat cover, steering wheel cover etc. The person that drove my car from the shop to the parking lot was covered in oil and grease.
