"Appearances right?" Only reason I came to this dealership was because at the time in 2020, my nearby cadillac dealership did not have an electric car mechanic. I've had 2 electric hybrid cadillacs and I've whittled the issue down to it being a dealership issue. I had a 2014 ELR back in 2016 and had the car serviced there from 2020 forward.
