I have bought two cars from Reynolds and have been very pleased with their small town friendly culture. But, it was a recent service call, that I need to acknowledge an employee going above and beyond. I needed a repair and was given a loaner by a very friendly woman at the loaner department. I love coming to this dealership for service. I drive from Richmond. We bought the car here which is why I came for my first service appointment a couple of years ago. I keep coming back because of wonderful service and the people, especially Emily who is just the BEST.
