We brought a really difficult situation to this dealership after some work was done incorrectly at another dealership. The customer service provided to me by Emily Van Santvoord is always excellent. She provided me with her email address during my first visit with her in the service department. Now I can schedule all my service appointments via email. I needed to get my car serviced before a trip and I emailed Emily late at night so she would get my email first thing the next morning when she returned to work and she emailed me right back at 11pm and told me she'd find a way to work me in when she got to work the next day. Overall, a really great experience. I took my 2005 Legacy GT in for quite a bit of work. Throughout the entire process, Emily and Aaron were stellar in their professionalism and customer service. Aaron (the master tech) is the guy to go to for any and all Subaru repair/maintenance. He was more than thorough. He discussed everything with us personally, and was realistic about what was actually needed vs. what we could do ourselves. Although we live in another county, we’ve recently become customers of Reynolds GM Subaru in Orange. We took our Outback in for service, and left very, very satisfied. Everybody along the way, but especially Emily Van Santvoord, its Subaru Lead Service Advisor, treated us like we were already valued customers. We've decided that we want Reynolds GM Subaru to do some optional body work for us on the Outback. We’ll be headed there soon.
Staff of the service department, particularly Emily, were so helpful and kind. I appreciate her timely responses to my inquiries about my vehicle repairs!
