The customer service provided to me by Emily Van Santvoord is always excellent. She provided me with her email address during my first visit with her in the service department. Now I can schedule all my service appointments via email. I needed to get my car serviced before a trip and I emailed Emily late at night so she would get my email first thing the next morning when she returned to work and she emailed me right back at 11pm and told me she'd find a way to work me in when she got to work the next day. I have an automotive background and have dealt with many service departments affiliated with most of the manufacturers. I choose to drive past two Subaru dealers that are more local to me because I appreciate the quality of service I receive at Reynolds Subaru. I always am fortunate to interact with Emily Van Santvoord as my service rep. Outstanding customer service and communication skills with a very happy customer!
Emily Santvoord has gone out of her way to help and communicate with me for months now. Even to the point of responding to my emails over the weekend. I have and am still in the process of upgrading my BRZ (in steps). This has and still is producing a lot of questions and concerns that she would provide for me, either herself or through communicating with those in the shop that could provide the answers.
