We have been taking our pets here for years. Ever since ownership changed, the atmosphere changed. The lady up front has zero personality. I guess we were spoiled when Dr. Duckett's wife was up front. She was such a blessing. Our biggest complaint is pricing. I was a returning paying customer until approximately my seventh visit to have an unplanned litter’s declaws removed, and their tails docked. While waiting in an occupied front lobby Veterinarian Technician, Meredith approaches me with the pups whom Dr. Belt performed both procedures on and tells me in front of my children and customers that the pups had caked dirt under their nails because they lived directly on dirt, and I rebutted advising her that she birthed them inside her igloo doghouse, but she continued to talk over... read more
