We have been taking our pets here for years. Ever since ownership changed, the atmosphere changed. The lady up front has zero personality. I guess we were spoiled when Dr. Duckett's wife was up front. She was such a blessing. Our biggest complaint is pricing. I was a returning paying customer until approximately my seventh visit to have an unplanned litter’s declaws removed, and their tails docked.
