Allow me to enter for careers in Reynolds and Reynolds
Poor experience with them. But I am glad they recognized Women’s day and even Valentine’s Day! But not anything for Black History Month. Not surprising thought; if you every go there you will see a homogeneous culture of the same people. No wonder they are falling behind their competitors!
A great company that takes care of its employees and provides top notch training.
Terrible business to deal with. Our group has been a customer for decades but it has been to our detriment in the last 5 years. Product development is slow and prices are expensive. Contract terms are long and they will use every trick in the book to extend it and hold your feet to the fire despite business ebbs and flows. They do not care about you as a customer. There are much better options out there do not get stuck with the dinosaur!
Got to be one of the worst companies to let go a person that has 25 plus years in and puts her life into the company. Understandably if she had broken the rules that the company has but that is not the case. She was going to retire next year and to do this to a person is totally wrong.
