Absolutely useless for mold inspection and remediation. I should have seen the red flags when the mold "inspector" (Mike) from Reynolds told us "if you had a mold problem, I'd be able to see it as soon as I walked in." Anyone who knows anything about toxic mold knows it can grow behind drywall, in vents, under flooring, etc. I told him it was growing in our vents/air ducts and he never even opened one to look at it or take samples.
