I am a 25 year old female. I was driving down Flood Avenue in Norman when my car began to overheat. There was nowhere for me to pull over until I reached this business. My car began to shake and I was scared I was going to ruin my car. I pulled in popped the hood and tried to call my dad and boyfriend to come help me. Reynolds Rent-A-Car is a deceitful business. They often overbook for vehicles and leave people with either poor alternatives or no car available at all. I work in downtown OKC and many of my clients fly in to Westheimer airport. My clients rent from them because they have contracts with the airport and they deliver the cars to the airport. Sounds great, however, at least 7 out of 10 times I hear complaints about customer service, car availability, or the inability to resolve issues because it seems that the employee's hands ... read more

Very friendly local business, which does not raise prices during times of high demand. Extremely friendly, live receptionist and pick up/drop off service throughout the town of Norman, OK. Clean car, full gas tank and a stylish ride. I highly recommend it, because it was hard to find a car to rent, and they were willing to work with me to pick me up and drop me off. I used it because it is very close to Oklahoma University, and the car was extremely, extremely inexpensive for the weekend.
