Very disappointed in this rapid care. We took our 14 month old son in, for being drowsy and just out of it. All they said was "it's because of him teething". We then mentioned his breathing didn't seem normal, they said " nope he's normal and everything looks good". My wife and I then didn't take that as a final answer. We took our kid to the ER which was then life flighted to morgantown children hospital and was later diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. Normal glucose levels for an infant are 80-200.. Great, rapid service. I was literally in and out in like 10 minutes for poison ivy that resulted in needing a steroid injection. Jane and the staff were efficient and knowledgeable, and just over all very helpful.
I will never step foot in this place again! No wonder they are never busy! First they say my kids are negative for covid the flu rsv and strep then almost 2 days later call and say one child has covid and strep also said ears are clear when being seen. Take them to their pediatrician and have them rechecked and they are negative! The dr here at Reynolds was rude anytime we asked about side effects for meds he mentioned he answers rudely "well everything has side effects". So I don't see how this place is still in business! I took my daughter for an X-ray of her finger and there was a lady coming out of the same room they put my daughter in getting tested for COVID flu and rsv. Nothing was cleaned or sanitized when she left. As soon as she walked out of the door way from the back they called my daughter in and put her in the same room and nothing was cleaned or sanitized.
