RecommendedMy son went to the ER tonight for a kernel stuck in his ear. The nurse and the PA-C Theo Gover are beyond amazing! My son is 5 and they were very well rounded and made him feel right at home and comfortable! I can’t say enough how amazing they did with him! I give them two 10 out of 5 stars

RecommendedI never got a chance to post this but 2 weeks ago my husband was hospitalized and had a ballooning and 4 new stents placed in his completely blocked right coronary artery. From the time we came in the door to discharge everyone was wonderful. They told me his be in procedure for 40 min at the 45min mark a nurse came out to update me that he was doing well it was just taking longer than expected. My son is almost 4 months old and every experience here has been terrible with the exception of 1 time with dr brown. At a month old, my son contracted pink eye because the doctor didn’t wash his hands before examining him.. we always wait for 40+ min in the lobby to be seen, and the last 3 times I have called and asked for a nurse to call me back, I get no response. Shame on WVU for not letting me go back with my wife while she had her procedure!
I could not imagine going anywhere but to the WVU Center for Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Rowan and the staff there are so attentive and they are quick to answer questions in a thorough manner. Dr. Rowan is also very knowledgeable about PCOS, and it is difficult to find a doctor in this area with that level of expertise.
