Bob Cecil Tony Grayson was exactly right in his assessment of the situation currently at Reynolds Racing and Marine in Harriman. I wish I had seen his review before I took my boat in. I just got my boat back and put it in the water. Reynolds had it for 5 week's. When I called to check about it I got nothing but unjustified smart mouth remarks from Glen. Horrible customer service, tried to return a part that had been ordered wrong, and Glenn Reynolds threw a fit saying it was not ordered wrong, even got in my face and told us to leave, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! He is an arrogant, not it all bastard, that thinks he can treat people horrible (SOB). Would advise anyone looking for parts or anything to do with boats to go anywhere but here.
