I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed by my experience with this office. I called seeking general guidance regarding a family member who had previously used the firm. I understood that they may not have been able to provide much information. However, the person who returned my call was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the conversation. Would love to give a good review. Started out strong, now a year later, only get updates when we call a million times. Meetings are scheduled and Mr. Mills does not show up or call for phone meetings. When you call to find out why, the response is “oh, he’s not here.” Very disappointed.
I had a great experience working with Mr. Mills. He were incredibly professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process stress-free.
Mills is not a good lawyer not worth the retainer he will lie to you about his capabilities just to get you to give him money, told him in explicit detail what the issue I was facing and replied back with that’s a breach of contract we will win 2years nothing but lies and deception only cares about his feelings and walks all over young clients I waited countless weeks not getting response via email and phone At one point he took vacation and didn’t think to tell the receptionist to let clients know he was out just left them ... read more
