Not sure what happened to this company. Used them in the past but not the same personnel. Leaves a lot to be desired. Left one star since nothing lower. Don't hire them! Rude secretary & plumbers. Plumbers had to comeback to correct the work more than once and keeps wanting to charge every time for work that should have been done correctly from the get go.
They come on time, they fix . What else can you ask for?
The folks at Reynolds Plumbing are wonderful. Everyone involved is an absolute pleasure to work with; friendly and professional. The guys are excellent technical plumbers and combine the skill with exceptional customer service. I've used Reynolds for emergency service (they responded on a Sunday within an hour) and for routine repairs. Pricing is fair and the work is consistently done right. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
