Dan has had to come to our home on a few occasions now to resolve some issues with the radiators and the boiler, along with helping fit a dishwasher and washing machine which were troublesome due to some issues with how the kitchen had been fitted. Very friendly and professional service, can't thank him enough!

They said they would visit my property and cure a water leak on Friday, or Saturday. They let me down on both days. My 4 voicemail messages and an email, to find out what was goung on, got no response. I am yet to receive either an explanation, or appology to why they did not honour their word. After realising I had been totally let down, I was left trying to find an emergency plumber on a Saturday afternoon. Reynolds are not VAT registered, so if you are VAT registered, you should buy the parts yourself as you will not be able to reclaim the VAT. Reliable engineer but very expensive labour charges
