5 stars across the board!!! Kirtis and his field techs were fast/friendly/professional and easy to work with. The communication and price is amazing, as a landlord of a multi family house they worked around me and my tenants I can’t recommend them enough.
I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency, no heat and a forecast of below zero temps all weekend. From the very first moment on the phone I felt relieved to have found Reynolds. They are friendly, professional, and reassuring. Even though I was not a customer of theirs they offered an emergency appointment as soon as they could make it there. Reynolds Plumbing and Heating provided outstanding service! Kirtis was extremely helpful, professional, and very quick to respond. He explained everything clearly and made sure the job was handled efficiently. It’s hard to find service this reliable and prompt, but Reynolds Plumbing and Heating truly exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them, especially Kirtis!
We’ve used them twice as a VIP member and both times have been great. As a novice homeowner, it’s nice to have someone who knows what they are doing and can come quickly in an emergency. The last time we called it was the coldest night on record and they came out same night to make sure we’d have heat before bedtime. Thank you!
