PAY ATTENTION TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!!! I hired Reynolds Plumbing for a huge renovation project. It was my first home purchase, a 100-year-old house. I hire subcontractors to rewire the electrical, replumb the pipes from the attic to the basement, & gut two bathrooms & a kitchen. Also refinished the floors & did lots of cosmetic work. Never answered my calls didn't show for the appointment time and took my money because you have to prepay for an appointment. Contacted us almost 2 hours later to reschedule for the next week but no day or time given, if we hadn't prepayed I would call someone else
On February 16 I and many other residents of Monroe , heath , Rowe , charlemont and Hawley Massachusetts lost power in our homes due too high winds / snow which meant no heat for most and with that comes frozen pipes ! I own and live in a 4 family house in Monroe , the power finally came back on Tuesday night February 18 , 2 of my units had heat but 2 did not so that meant pipes where froze , I did what I could to warm those areas that had no heat but I really needed a plumber ! Kirtis & his team helped us upgrade our old oil boiler system to a new propane boiler / hot water heater and reconfigured the plumbing to the baseboard heating to give us more room by room control. The system is a huge upgrade and I'm super impressed with the quality of the work. Would definitely recommend!
Unfortunately, Reynold’s work has became a frustrating and costly experience. One of the 4 boilers he installed in Winter of 2023 for me, stops working with no heat and no hot water about every 2 weeks with constant texts from the tenant mostly at late night hours, that they have no heat and no hot water.. Reynolds has refused to come back to fix it, saying he’s way too busy!
