Reynolds plumbing and heating is fantastic to work with!!! July 2,2026 i have no water at my house that evening.I called Kirtis, he said he would call me tomorrow morning. July 3rd ,Friday before holiday weekend, everything's closed for the long weekend. Kirtis called the manager of local supply company who came from his house, opened up the store , to get me a water pump. I had Reynolds Plumbing replace a water heater. They came on short notice and did a terrific job. I was very impressed with the plumber who did the work and continued and helpful communication with the company. I will use them again for all my plumbing and heating needs. I highly recommend them.
Anytime we have needed a plumber we call Reynolds Plumbing. They are honest, hard working guys. The job is done right the first time and they never over price!
We had an emergency with our water line and they were here in a hour! Where do you find service like that? Kirtis was really helpful on the phone and the plumber he sent was great! He did a fabulous job! I would recommend them completely.
Not a VIP experience. Spent all day waiting for Kirtis to come look at a problem. Firt he said he'd be there at 10 and then nothing for 2 hours. He said he's in Pittsfield and would stop by on his way back. 3:00 I finally told him I had things to do. I don't understand why you tell someone you'll be there at 10 and blow you off without communication immediately to let me know what was happening. My day off spent sitting and waiting.
