New to Virginia. Went in for state inspection. Just down the road from home too. Just so happens they work on VW. So, when I need mechanical work I have found my mechanics. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable staff. Can't remember the dogs names, but 3 lovely and well behaved dogs. :)
In the middle of a long road trip to Tennessee, I had an issue with my front bumper that needed to be addressed to continue the trip. AAA helped me find Reynolds. The team quickly addressed the issue and had me back on the road; even having a treat for my pups. I very much appreciated the quick and kind service which helped me get to my destination later that afternoon. Thank you!!
Guys and gals, if you need anything done to your vehicle take it there! I’m ever grateful for how they fixed my car. Very detailed with what they were going to do and how they were going to fix it. I had blown or cracked my head gasket. They were detailed on how they were going to have to take it apart to further inspect the situation. After a return call and parts ordered for it and 2 weeks later as guaranteed I got my car back. I will continue to take my car there for anything inspection, brakes put on etc..
