Ten years ago, we called Reynolds for a new garage door. Surprisingly, they informed us that it could be prepared, saving us a lot of money. Recently, our very old overhead door wasn’t working properly & once again we were expecting a complete replacement. Instead, we only needed to replace the motor. As before, Reynolds saved us a lot of money! The repairman was friendly & so knowledgeable and the entire transaction was handled in an efficient & timely manner.
If i could give this company 10 stars, I would. They are considerate of the customer, are professionals in their business, and give prompt, courteous above and beyond service. We have used them several times and their service is consistent. Nice to do business with such a business.
