I've never had braces before so the whole ordeal was a lot of new information and a lot going on around. But I can say that I was walked through every process and given all the tools I need for aftercare and more.
staff was very friendly and professional!
I liked them at first but I’ve realized how much they just want to get patients in and out like a herd. My daughter had food stuck in her teeth, and instead of rinsing it off for her or allowing her to brush while the wire was off they just said to have her brush better and let it sit on her teeth. Especially since we had to sit for another 20 minutes waiting for the orthodontist. Maybe we can normalize brushing and flossing while the wires are off.
love their spark clear aligners system! stays cleaner, clearer, is more comfortable, and works like a charm compared to Invisalign. staff here is super fast and super friendly
