Honestly this was a completely different experience than I have ever had. After having a terrible experience at Zoe dental in Asheville the staff here really were compassionate and caring. I actually felt like I have known these people for years. I’m truly grateful in a time when healthcare can be somewhat complicated that there are still professionals who treat people like people. I'm a dental chicken who is always very concerned when i'm transferring to a new dentist. From my first call to Reynolds Mountain Dentistry I felt heard, considered and cared for. I had a crown fall out while I was out of town and not only was this a first visit, but I needed help ASAP! I can't say enough about how professional and kind every person at Reynolds Mountain Dentistry is. Dr. Hankla and his entire staff are all professional, pleasant, and personable, taking time to explain what he or she is doing, and giving options on how to approach any given procedure. You will feel you've made new friends with folks who know what they are doing.
We've gone to Reynolds Mountain Dentistry for many years. Beth takes such good care of us. She's our favorite hygienist!
