I've bought four vehicles from Reynolds over the last decade and a half. The first was a used bike and I wasn't impressed with the buying process. I had pulled what I was told was enough cash from the bank, only to arrive and see added fees. The service department recently did a very nice job of rebuilding my scooter’s engine under warranty, and the staff are very nice to talk to.
Always friendly, very reasonably priced. Next day service. At least two other Honda dealers closer to me, but I go here. Very happy.
I gotta be honest. I drove around Maine and New hampshire visiting many dealers. This is the primary dealer of my local area and a massive dealer of Maine. They have a fantastic inventory and the staff are relatively great to deal with. The location is suitably placed and we'll kept. However, I ran across a dealer so profound that it made this place look ridiculous to me. I will never come here ever again after seeing how much better there is out there.
