I have worked with Daniel on multiple deals in the past and have always found him to be professional, easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. I cannot give Daniel enough stars, or enough thanks. I was on the verge of losing my home, that my father left me, due to the banks policy for adopting the loan. I had to contact a lawyer to deal with the bank, because they wouldn’t even give me information, even though it was recorded in my name and I had provided the trust and death certificate. This is the second time i've used Daniel for my real estate needs. I listed my Southern California home and yesterday it closed escrow. I couldn't believe how easy he made this process for me since I live in Northern California. He flew down to show clients the home. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole transaction. He was able to get a 15 day escrow. I highly recommend him!
