Terrible company, just stealing customer's money. They were assigned to my home, did not make appt on time, kept rescheduling, charged money for unperformed services, can't pick up phone. They did break my items, I can't recommend this company. Unprofessional

Company was assigned by.my home warranty company. Absolute terrible company no professional standard. Broke my stuff even more. Don't reply to.phone calls and total liars. Don't trust this company at all.

Was told they would be at my house 11-3, called all day to get a better window, no response they contacted me after 3 to see who I was. Asked how long b4 they would be here, she was not sure, said she would call me after speaking to tech, never did, I called her back it is now 10 minutes to 9 pm. Still not here still not answering the phone.

If I could a negative star I would. This company was assigned to my bathroom repair by my home warranty repair. The 1st time, the business owner told me she'd be at my house by 8:00 pm. She finally showed up 10:20pm and seemed surprised I wouldn't let her in to look at the issue. The 2nd time, they did show up and did the work.
