My husband and I had a very smooth and welcoming experience all due to our salesman Kennedy Hardy. He was not pushy or overwhelming. He is someone who feels like you’re talking with a long time friend! The manager as well, she was great. I can’t recommend this dealership enough especially Kennedy. We will be coming back for future vehicles and requesting him.

I had a very disappointing experience at **GMC Reynolds Buick**. I came in for a simple oil change for my truck, and right from the start the service advisor was rude and blunt. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely lacking. While waiting for my truck to be serviced, I stopped by the parts department to look at some aftermarket parts.
