My car broke down while visiting from another state and Tony sounded very professional and reassuring that he would take care of it, after another shop suggested we take it to a dealership for the repairs because they didn't have the proper equipment. If I lived here, I would totally do business here. I am thankful to be back on the road, thanks to Tony!
Joshua was awesome, great customer service. Enjoyed the waiting area and enjoyed the inventory selection of the dealership while waiting. If only all GMC dealerships were like Reynolds, it would be a great place to go to all GMC dealerships. Looking forward to making my next purchase truck and next service here at Reynold's.
