Horrible experience def don’t recommend this place . Sold me a car that had a small scratch which they told me would be fixed without any detail . Turns out they ended up painting a fender and door on a 2026 gmc Yukon Denali 100k vehicle. Then gave me no choice but to accept the car because they said the deal had been done. 2 months later engine is blown due to manufacturer defects and now I’m with out a truck and this place has given me zero assistance . I would definitely recommend going to Reynolds GM! Just bought my Honda Accord Hybrid and really appreciate Chris Barefoot helping with my retirement present. The staff also was very helpful and definitely a family oriented business!😚
I feel it’s important to share my experience publicly after being blocked from Reynolds GM Subaru of Orange on social media following my honest reviews. I’ll start from the beginning. Years ago, I brought my Silverado in to have a leveling kit installed. Just two weeks after the install, I began hearing a knocking noise from the front end.
