We had an AWESOME experience at Reynolds! My mom had been taking about a NEW Subaru for years and when she can to visit in Charlottesville we went to look at what they had. 2 test drives later she was signing paperwork. She also kept talking about the finance person and how great he was as well. My mom is NOT an easy customer but Tommy and John were great with her and she LOVES her NEW Forrester! It also made me feel even better knowing we are supporting a local family business!
Bought our second Subaru from Reynolds. If you want a low pressure buying experience and fair deals this is the place. Doug Stacey was excellent and introduced me to the whole team of pros in service and finance. I'm looking forward to years of service from them on my new ride.
Service department is top notch! Josh and team are professional and timely. I would be remiss if I did not mention Wesley in customer service - friendly, detailed and knows what is going on.
Jordan is fantastic! If you need help with anything car call her. She will not disappoint!
Josh always helps me when I bring in my forester. He is kind and respectful and will let me know if anything is needed for my car so I can keep on top of things. This is why I come to Reynolds!
