Very loud children screaming at the top of their lungs at the pool every day from sunrise to sunset. It's been going on the whole summer and there hasn't been anything done about it. My neighbors and I have talked about this numerous times. You can hear the excessive screaming from inside of your apartment. Even when I'm on the phone, those I'm speaking with can hear them clearly and ask if I'm outside. I don't mind kids playing, but the constant screaming is out of control!
