Very unprofessional company. I had Lance bid 2 different jobs for me about 2 years apart. His bid was $1/board foot to finish vs other's at 75 cents/board foot which saved about $2,800 for the last job. I thanked him for his response and told him I had went with someone else. I explained the cost difference because he had asked on the first bid how much cheaper the other person was after he saw I went with someone else. Lance and his team did a great job for me, a roofing contractor, restoring a home that had serious drywall and mold issues. He made himself available on a Sunday morning and did excellent work.
