He ripped me off as well. I paid him up front for some work as well. He played games and never show up to complete the work. Do yourself a big favor and look elsewhere. Search his name "Justin Reynolds, Corsicana Texas" and you'll see he's a convict with drug and assault charges. They should have kept him locked up. I'm sure it will be just a matter of time before he screw's up again and rip other people as well.
