In early June 2025 I had an issue with my purchase of Alcan aluminum foil. This same issue has happened a number of times so I decided to let Alcan know about it. I opened up a complaint indicating that due to poor Manufacturing the foil rolls were crimped at the ends only allowing 1/3 of the Roll to be used. The remaining 2/3 simply tore every time an attempt was made to extract some foil. I spoke to Juan at the Reynolds consumer Response Team via email. Earlier this year I purchased a 25' Alcan foil, there was a notch on the cardboard roll needless to say I didn't get much out of that roll, then I purchased a 175' roll and the cutting edge started to come away from the box after getting numerous cuts I had to pull it off. I really think that you need to have a closer look at the (El cheapo) glue you are using, because it doesn't keep the ends together, usually have to tape the ends.

My husband bought 8x8 square pans I needed for baking. Surprised when I saw them as definitely not 8x8. I measured them across the top was 8inches, across the bottom it was only 6 3/4 inches, height was 1.8inches. So these are not 8x8x1.8. For what I needed was 8x8 square. Very disappointed 😞
