Don’t even bother getting assistance from the yard jockeys they are racist and unhelpful. Very rude. Will blame you for anything. Even something you did not do. They are very anal. If you’re hiring new people to be in the front desk and check in, make sure they know what they are talking about instead of sending you to the wrong direction or giving unclear instructions after asking multiple times. For drop and hook drives this place is really easy to work with them. The first entrance is for shipping if you are delivering entry from second entrance just passed the building
