When I dropped my car off for my scheduled appointment on December 13, I was told to expect the repairs for hail damage to take 8-12 weeks. Between December 13 and February 12, 2 additional estimate addendums were requested to my insurance from Reynolds without any updates to me. Went to get body work estimate, and the lady at the desk was nice but the employees were very rude and unprofessional
Took my vehicle in on August 10th to be fixed. Called back on August 23rd and was told nothing had been done. Said they were waiting on insurance company but they had not contacted insurance company. Took my vehicle somewhere else to get fixed. Was not handled very professional!
