Nightmare experience. Avoid at all costs. Ordered our cabinets in spring 2025. Assured installation would be two-weeks, starting in May. We’re several months behind schedule and thousands in additional costs after a long period of misinformation, mis-measurements, deficiencies and even property damage. Reynolds mis-measured our dishwasher panel, wine column gable, and cabinets on either side of our range. Reynolds is a dealer for Nickels cabinets. Nickels makes high-quality and very customizable cabinets and they are located in the Lower Mainland. The cabinets are beautiful and well-made. We ordered from Reynolds in February and April. The May installation of the first order was ok; there were a number of measurement issues and some missing parts. It is now October and we found out 2 weeks ago that the cabinets we ordered in April, as well as the parts from May, were never ordered from Nickels, despite repeated assurances sta... read more

I hired Reynolds in 2008 to oversee the entire kitchen reno. They were fantastic to deal with and the cabinets/cupboards to this day are very high quality. Excellent service, excellent product.

Reynolds installed our kitchen cabinets about 30 years ago. The workmanship was top notch, the materials used high quality, and we still love our kitchen. There have been absolutely no problems until today when a tiny plastic piece broke. I called and spoke to Jamie who is son of the original owner. He was relaxed, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me an easy fix to the issue. All of the above is rare today. Kudos to Reynolds.
