I too have a home in the Villages at Draper Hills. Brad Reynolds constructed the remainder of the project, to date 100% of Brad Reynolds building have failed in less than 8 years. As Tamara stated before, these issues were caused by improper installation of window flashing, no roof diverters, weep holes covered just name a few issues we are having to deal with. BRC built the Villages at Draper Hills subdivision and after only 8 years we are experiencing water intrusion which an independent inspector says is due to building standards that are not to code and exhibit poor workmanship. BRC refuses to meet with the HOA. Initial estimates for the repair are between $2-4 million and each homeowner is being assessed $20-$40k to cover the repairs. Do not do business with this company.
