Was met by two men first thing, I had gone to the wrong building. They were friendly, poliet and helpful directing me to the right spot. The part was retrieved fast and I was offered help by multiple people as I had my toddler with me . Great experience!

Went out this morning to take back a rear end I purchased from them last week. Found one from somewhere else in better shape so I took there's back. They charged me a 40% stocking fee and was completely ignorant to me. The guy was rude and had a chip on his shoulders for lashing out at me the way he did. I went to rex unlimited salvage yard in saint john afterwards and they told me a stocking fee is normally 20%. I'll be telling all my friends not to go to Reynolds.

Knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and to top it all off, I thought the prices were more than reasonable. Excellent service.
