Haven’t been to Orlando Reynolds in an awhile and not since they moved to their new location. While it’s not a convenient drive for me anymore, the new showroom is really spectacular and now they have free shipping on most products which more than helps with the ease of purchasing. Got to see at least one familiar face, Fabian Tamayo. Fabian and the staff there have always been top notch and always knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve made several orders through smooth on with this distributor and I cannot express enough the excellent service. I order this AM at 9:30 now 11:30 am and I get a notification that it was shipped. And It will probably be here tomorrow. I am about 45 mins away but that’s still impressive. Excellent company!
