Office forgot to send the compete new patient paperwork packet before my appointment so the therapist had very little background on me before our first meeting. Had a pretty negative impression of the therapist and opted not to return. Was billed 5 months after the appointment, which is quite the administrative delay.

Reyngold, owner of facility, is an out of touch boomer pandering to other wealthy boomers. Hasn’t helped my mom after more than 5 years. Dire situation’s somehow worse, behavior the exact same. Genuinely not an ounce of improvement.

When I processed outpatient behavioral health claims, I also verified coverage based on CPT codes. Not once do I recall insisting that a client do my job for me. I ended up contacting ins who provided me with the coverage information based on the CPT codes Reyngold’s intake rep provided in lieu of doing her job by herself. I shudder to think how someone in distress would react to this company’s lack of concern and incompetence.
