When I processed outpatient behavioral health claims, I also verified coverage based on CPT codes. Not once do I recall insisting that a client do my job for me. I ended up contacting ins who provided me with the coverage information based on the CPT codes Reyngold’s intake rep provided in lieu of doing her job by herself. I shudder to think how someone in distress would react to this company’s lack of concern and incompetence.

Professional and welcoming environment. Space is nice and tranquil. Therapy here helped me a lot with my anxiety. I also liked the tea bags they provide for customers!
Not a trauma-informed practice or a practice that has much therapeutic knowledge, genuine care, or expertise. Racist practice owner with proud racist therapists on the team. Please run the other direction for therapy if you aren’t white, if you identify as LGBTQ, have any trauma, or are looking for anything beyond a blank-faced rich racist therapist providing subpar care.
