Good service, lots of advice.
I went to them once before today and knew that they were fantastic for me, today I had to take my best friend in to be put down. These people really are amazing, I'd like to thank them all very much for making mine and my dogs life easier at the end. The pain is there but, they are good and understanding. Beautiful people. Quiet clean ,comfortable
Not sure how to adequately describe the level of frustration at the incompetence of this practice. From a vet nurse who displays a poor level of customer service (perhaps stick to mopping floors?) to vets who are obviously so incredibly inexperienced in diagnosing seemingly complex conditions in a dog (why not seek another opinion from a colleague or perhaps just stick to vaccinations?) to whoever manages inventory of medications also being way out of their depth (is it really that difficult to manage stock?)…. the list coul... read more
