Had to be tested today and all staff I dealt with were friendly, empathetic and professional. Made me feel very relaxed throughout the appointment. Highly recommend 👌
Abysmal service. Never answers phone calls, no way of alerting once in carpark, not advised what to do via app once arrived. Swabs taken Saturday morning but not sent to Clinpath until 48 hours later on Monday, clinpath advised this is typical of this clinic and now we have to wait another 24hrs for results. So be prepared to wait if swabs taken on weekends, unlike every other drive through service. *Update* they didn't end up sending to clinpath, but sent to SA Pathology Monday evening.
