Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Communication around fees and processes was unclear and inconsistent. Dr Wang appeared to realise early in the appointment that there was very little he could do to help my situation, yet the consultation still continued for the full booked time and a substantial fee was charged. I left feeling stressed, unsupported, and financially drained. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
Busy , but efficient
Receptionist ignore you and the doctor actually said “What do you want from me?” My husband went in and I had to drive him because he is in so much pain. He was with the doctor for 5 mins and the doctor did not even examine him. How does that fit in with your duty of care. Do better.
