After being a patient there for over 50 years my recent experiences have been far from pleasing.... Only interested in quick appointments to simple problems. From a lack of details from the doctor regarding my scans or interest in getting to the cause of my pain issues and to the second doctor I wished to change over too lack of interest in myself wanting to switch over when I complained about the other doctors treatment.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Communication around fees and processes was unclear and inconsistent. Dr Wang appeared to realise early in the appointment that there was very little he could do to help my situation, yet the consultation still continued for the full booked time and a substantial fee was charged. I left feeling stressed, unsupported, and financially drained. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
