Receptionist ignore you and the doctor actually said “What do you want from me?” My husband went in and I had to drive him because he is in so much pain. He was with the doctor for 5 mins and the doctor did not even examine him. How does that fit in with your duty of care. Do better.
Very expensive. They tried to extend standard consultation to long consultation intentionally. I paid for long consultation just to get result. Slow on typing.
I have been a customer for years with this place and today Christmas Eve in the morning flew to Darwin and realised when I got there I forgot my blood pressure tablets so I rang at 11.50 am to get a script sent to a chemist in Darwin I talked to the longest serving lady there her response was I cant help you we only have 1 doctor here and we are about to close the next appointment I can make for you is Wednesday in a week and I said so there is no one there that advise mo or help and she said no this is not very professional... read more
