We recently had a Mazda 3 serviced at Reynella Mazda. I'd like to thank Emily in particular for the high level of service she provided. Not only did she arrange a loan vehicle at short notice, but she extended the loan period overnight when it became clear that our vehicle needed checks that would take longer than it was possible for me to wait. What used to be a reputable, reliable and trustworthy service centre, are now a total rort. $660 for an 80,000km service on a 2019 mazda 3, and then tried to charge $1100 on top of that!For rear brake pad replacement with disc machining… we declined this and told them we would go elsewhere. After doing so we were then quoted $610 (just for the brake pads) if they used aftermarket parts (non genuine mazda) instead. About three months ago I called in with a problem.Spoke to Luke the mechanic and Dee in reception...most helpful...sorry it has taken me this long to write review....couldn't get more helpful young workers...keep hold of them...took all the stress away of Nat sav probs Regards Michelle
