Very happy with the level of service we had. We purchased a new car and offered ours as a trade in. The staff we all super helpful, friendly and above all very professional. We would highly recommend this delership.
Purchased a new BT50 last year and was told that the front tyre wear issue is now fixed. Tyres are completely scrubbed out on one side after 10 months driving. Apparently all within spec somehow.. Disappointing after sales service and warranty. Mazda wont even replace the front two tyres. Was very unfortunate as I had a great sales experience but it hurts knowing I have to now go to a professional suspension outlet to seek advice.
I recently had my annual service at the Reynella service station. Booking was easy and staff were friendly at first. After driving home, the oil warning light started blinking and kept coming on over the next few days. When I checked the oil level myself, it was extremely low — well below the 2nd marker in dipstick. There was no oil leak at all, so it was clearly underfilled during the service. I have no problems with the staff I see and have bought 2 mazdas from reynella but with my cx5 every time I get it back from a service which cost $600 I would like the wash not to show water marks all over it including windows I washed it the morning of service and it has come back dirtier sorry but it has happened before
