2 issues 1st - Had my Mazda 3 service there in 2025. It should be a capped-fee service but they amended the price without saying a word when I left the car with them and asked me to sign the . Lucky thing is - I cross-checked the capped price when I picked up my car, they said the difference is for "wheel-alignment assessment report" that I didn't request. Last year I came to Mazda car service for yearly service checking. Actually I was relocating to live here from Melbourne. I don’t know what reason my car nevigator cannot recognize some of road maps in here. So their customer salesmen told me that I needed to update road maps from my car. Unfortunately I paid few hundred dollars 💵 but the navigators still cannot recognize road maps changing in Aldelaide. They sent an email to me this year for service checks. Should I trust them again ???
