Not good. Quoted 800 to replace my only key after it broke and triggered the immobiliser. Car got towed to Reynella Hyundai by RAA. I didn't know any better and thought the issue was much bigger than a replacement key. Communication was only existent because I would call in and ultimately I was told they couldn’t find a key in Adelaide so I’d have to wait 5 days until one came in from Sydney. Incompetent at best, outright dodgy at worst. Telling a female customer she cannot drive her car, providing an exorbitant quote which is unable to be broken down or itemised for a minor leak on the quick connectors to the back of the block off the heater core, whilst the manager disappears for a meeting are some of the ways this dealership will crank up your capped price servicing costs!
