Staff are Friendly amd welcoming
I bought a brand new Santa Fe from the dealership, had it serviced at 11k and then was leaking oil to the point is was bone dry and needed towing. I took it in to get fixed last week and it’s still leaking oil!! Not happy about this.
Terrible very untrustworthy. I’ve had my car serviced by them 3 times and 2 of those times I’ve had further issues with the car because of them. The first time my sump plug came out because they didn’t tighten it properly after my service, they tried to make me pay for it but they ended up admitting fault and paying for it and the second time right after my service my window washers wouldn’t work. I recently bought a used Hyundai from here. Unfortunately several issues regarding quality assurance became apparent which prompted me to escalate some complaints and queries. Basic things like their failure to ensure the vehicle's tyre pressures were in specification before being put out for sale. It isn't particularly confidence inspiring when you find your front tyre pressures are down by 13 psi! Nick made certain that I was satisfied and gave me assurance that he would maintain the integrity of his workshop.
