Minerva is very unprofessional. I had insurance with her and she was not the best agent. Once I paid her I never heard back from her. I never received my policy I had to go out of my way to get her to mail me my policy. She kept blaming the insurance company. She hardly answers her phone and when she does she, she nor her agents know the answers to my questions or know how to resolve any problems I may have. They tell me to call third parties for answer.
